We are a strategic investor which means that we develop, construct and operate our projects throughout the full project lifetime. Our team in Poland currently consists of around 200 highly skilled employees located across several offices in Poland including Szczecin, Gdynia, Słupsk, Inowrocław, Rzeszów and Warsaw. They develop, build, operate and maintain our renewables projects. RWE creates jobs within the local economy during each phase of any project.
